Y-Lead Symposium 2017 is one-day conference for rising 8th through 12th grade students in Alachua and surrounding counties. This symposium creates a platform for participants to network with youth leaders, interact with college students and community leaders, and learn valuable leadership and personal development skills that position them to be change agents in their schools and communities.
Goals of the Event
The goal of the symposium is to:
- cultivate strong leadership skills in middle and high school students.
- position and motivate middle and high school students to become actively involved in building stronger schools and communities.
Registration Cost: $50 (includes breakfast, lunch and symposium materials)

Volunteer Group Discussion Facilitators Needed.
We need volunteers to facilitate and co-facilitate group discussion circles during our upcoming Y-Lead Symposium on June 17, 2017 at the University of Florida.
